Project Mel was created in 2020 by electronics repair centre Silent Cloud Tech and has two areas. The first area is where you can buy quality parts to rebuild or repair your device. The MEL shop stocks many of the parts and components used by Silent Cloud Tech's service centre. All parts are tested and sold with a warranty. Our second line of business is the development of electronic devices in various fields, from home devices to medical devices. The main difference between us and other companies is that we provide full customer support from idea to shop, with follow-up support for the device. The idea is the most important thing in creating a device, as it carries all the power of the device in the future, and is also the framework for additional options in the future device. Our team helps to fully reveal and implement the idea in the future device, as within one idea there are many others, and the device fulfils not only one function, but also many other functions which facilitate the use of the device in the future. We have several development teams, so if there are difficulties in implementation, the teams have the opportunity to meet and discuss a feature. Each team has 5 people, ranging from an industrial designer to a circuit designer. The development team works closely with the customer, so meetings to discuss the development process take place very often so as not to miss a single detail in the future product. After development, the customer is provided with full documentation with comments from the team, so that it is easy to see how the idea works in a particular product.
